On August 8, 2021, a Police Officer from the Baltimore City SWAT Unit, Jeffrey P. Archambault , shot and killed 40 year old Marcus Martin, who, based on facebook post and a gofundmepage setup by the family was having a mental health crisis, when Officer Archambault used force.
