Apparently, Vicki Pate, David Piercy, and Annette Kelly have not seen, or maybe do not care, that Thacker has admitted to getting my name wrong.  He wrote on his current blog,

“Furthermore, you are holding a grudge against me for posting what I believed to be your real name once.”

He wrote that in July 2014. I did not know about it until Thacker pinged-back to Blackbutterfly7 in May 2015.    Since I opened this blog, he edited his blog page, now alleging that he verified information that he obtained from the court decision. Well of course, I can find a court decision for someone named Joe Blow and verify that Joe Blow is the party to that court decision along with all the other details contained therein. It still doesn’t mean that TheHoff71’s real name is Joe Blow.

Due to preliminary findings of a report, the City of Beloit has placed its police chief and deputy chief on administrative leave.  Beloit, Wisconsin is a small city on the border of Wisconsin and Illinois, with a population of approximately 40,000. The city has a Manager, Lori Luther, and a city council.

Concerns regarding the leadership of the police department were expressed by its staff and the community.  In February of this year, employees of the Beloit Police Department told the city council that leadership was damaging employee morale and could be affecting operations.

With Illinois conceal carry going into effect, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel was faced with federal lawsuits from gun activists because Chicago had banned businesses from selling guns and ammunition within its borders. In 2014, a federal court decided that the city failed to prove that banning the sale of guns by licensed dealers was necessary to reduce gun violence. Still, some gun dealers say that Chicago has ordinances that require them jump through hoops.

Illinois doesn’t license and regulate gun dealers. The state leaves it up to municipalities to regulate gun stores doing business in their towns. For example, Chicago can have different regulations for gun shops located in Chicago than Cicero, Peoria, Lyons, etc.  One town requires that gun dealers be licensed by the federal government.

However, what I present here is circumstantial evidence that the person behind the misspelled titled blog is Vicki Pate, and that she acts independently and in collusion with others to extort people off the internet and that she carries her extortion into their personal lives.
